My week in a nutshell- the first day of school on Monday, complete with a broken air conditioner.  Drama going on in my personal life, which has caused MANY late night arguments, lack of sleep, puffy eyes, a sore throat, muscle aches....basically this has been one of the worst weeks of my life.  I'm so looking forward to the weekend, it's ridiculous!  My best friend/roommate's birthday is this weekend so we'll be celebrating that, which will be good for unwinding.  Hope everyone has a good rest of the week!

Monday, Monday

So I changed my hair yesterday, wanted something different & new for the school year.  I also picked up some goodies today while I was at the shore & thought I'd share them with everyone.  Please let me know what you think about my hair!  Also, I found a way to wear a bolo tie that's been lying around my place for ages. Bright color for the rest of summer, neutral color for fall

Put this on a silver chain & bam!  I can't believe I didn't think of doing this before!

 I used color lifter to try and lighten it up some more (I've been dying it black for awhile), then I did highlights.

I've been talking myself out of these, because everyone has them. But today I caved, because these silly bands are punctuation symbols! How adorable is that??
